Ingredients

  • For the Frappuccino Base
  • 1 cup ice – Provides the signature frozen slushy consistency
  • cups milk – Whole milk creates the creamiest texture but any milk works
  • For Flavor & Creaminess
  • 3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream – The heart of the recipe; choose a high-quality brand with visible vanilla specks
  • 1 teaspoon sugar – Optional for extra sweetness (adjust to taste)
  • teaspoon vanilla extract – Enhances and deepens the vanilla flavor
  • Optional Topping
  • Whipped cream – For a classic coffeehouse finish

Method

  1. Add the ice to the blender first to help it break down evenly.
  2. Pour in the milk to create a smooth blending base.
  3. Add the vanilla bean ice cream scoops for creaminess and flavor.
  4. Add the sugar if using, along with the vanilla extract.
  5. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality vanilla bean ice cream for the best flavor. For a thicker texture, add more ice or slightly reduce the milk. For a thinner consistency, add a splash of milk and re-blend. Dairy-free milk and ice cream can be used, though texture may vary.
