Ingredients

Baked Brie
  • 8–16 oz brie or camembert cheese wheel
  • 2 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup optional
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme optional garnish
For Serving
  • crostini or sturdy crackers for serving
  • 1 bunch grapes optional

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Place the brie wheel in a small ovenproof dish or on parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 15–20 minutes for a small wheel or up to 25 minutes for a larger wheel, until the center is very soft and gooey.
  3. Carefully remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if using, and garnish with fresh thyme.
  5. Serve immediately with crostini, crackers, and grapes.

Notes

For extra texture, top with chopped toasted nuts or dried fruit. Avoid overbaking to prevent the cheese from fully collapsing.
