Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Place the brie wheel in a small ovenproof dish or on parchment paper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes for a small wheel or up to 25 minutes for a larger wheel, until the center is very soft and gooey.
- Carefully remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if using, and garnish with fresh thyme.
- Serve immediately with crostini, crackers, and grapes.
Notes
For extra texture, top with chopped toasted nuts or dried fruit. Avoid overbaking to prevent the cheese from fully collapsing.
