Ingredients

For the Dip
  • 1 (12.3 oz) round of brie cheese, at room temperature soft and ready to melt perfectly
  • 0.25 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 0.25 cup shredded white cheddar cheese adds a sharper bite
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary for aroma and garnish
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to balance sweetness
  • Honey for drizzling — adds a glossy finish and extra sweetness
For the Biscuits
  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuits such as Pillsbury or any flaky-style biscuit
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted for brushing
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped adds color and freshness
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut each biscuit in half and roll into small balls. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and chopped parsley. Arrange the biscuit balls in a ring around the edge of a medium oven-safe skillet. Brush with parsley butter, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Brie Center
Place the brie wheel in the center of the skillet. Use a knife to carefully remove the top rind. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the biscuits begin to puff and the brie turns soft and gooey.
  3. Step 3: Add the Flavors
Remove the skillet from the oven. Spoon cranberry sauce and shredded cheddar into the melted brie. Fold gently until smooth. Top with the rosemary sprig. Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and biscuits are golden brown.
  4. Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Drizzle with honey for a glossy finish and serve immediately while warm. Let guests pull apart the biscuits to scoop the cheesy cranberry center.

Notes

Make it Ahead: Assemble up to Step 2 and refrigerate. Bake before serving.
Add Crunch: Sprinkle toasted pecans or walnuts on top of the brie before baking.
Cheese Swap: Camembert or triple-cream brie work wonderfully.
Presentation Tip: Garnish with extra rosemary or fresh cranberries for a festive touch.
