Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather and measure all ingredients for easy assembly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Stir in diced cooked chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Fold until evenly combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, or until edges are bubbling. If oil pools on top, dab gently with a paper towel.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, celery sticks, or soft pretzels. Garnish as desired.
Notes
Adjust spice by using milder or hotter pepper sauce, or add cayenne for extra heat. Make ahead by assembling the dip a day in advance and baking before serving. For a twist, substitute ranch with blue cheese dressing or try Monterey Jack cheese instead of Cheddar.
