- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, anchovies, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in the microwave or a skillet until soft and pliable.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spoon the filling into the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into wraps.
- Serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for later.
Notes
For extra texture, lightly grill the assembled wraps for 1–2 minutes per side. If you prefer no anchovies, omit them or substitute with a small splash of soy sauce for umami. Assemble just before eating to avoid soggy wraps.
