- Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until fully moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.
- Spread caramel sauce evenly over the crust. Chill for 15 minutes until slightly firm.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts. Stir until smooth, then fold in Rice Krispies until coated.
- Spread the chocolate–cereal mixture over the caramel layer. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Notes
Use a metal tart pan with a removable bottom for easy slicing. Warm caramel slightly for smoother spreading. Avoid freezing—crispy topping becomes chewy once thawed.
