Ingredients
Method
- Step 1: Prep and Preheat
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Toss frozen waffle fries with 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning and spread on a baking sheet. Toss chicken tenders with the remaining seasoning and place on a separate sheet. - Step 2: Bake the Chicken and Fries
Bake fries on the top rack and chicken on the bottom rack for 25–27 minutes, flipping and switching trays halfway through, until crispy and golden. - Step 3: Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, whisk together hot sauce and melted butter to create the Buffalo sauce. - Step 4: Toss and Layer
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Buffalo sauce. Layer fries on a baking sheet, top with chicken, and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. - Step 5: Melt the Cheese
Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. - Step 6: Add Fresh Toppings
Top with crumbled blue cheese, shredded carrots, celery, and chives. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
To make it milder, use a mild hot sauce or mix with extra butter and a drizzle of honey. For a lighter option, use baked or grilled chicken and oven fries. Try pepper jack cheese for extra spice or mozzarella for a creamy texture. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to keep them crispy.
